- The Pour: You take a ladle of white melted wax and pour it onto the surface of a warm water bath. It spreads out into a thin film.

By dripping yellow wax from a height into the water, you create “batter crumbs.” You then wrap a plastic shrimp or pumpkin slice in the floating wax batter to create a crispy, golden fried effect. Advanced classes allow you to assemble elaborate Parfaits, piping silicon “whipped cream” and arranging plastic fruit and wafers to create a permanent dessert.
